I've survived 2 days working!

Now just three more to go. lol

Tomorrow and Thursday will be the highest volume days with children. Friday will be in between the amount we had yesterday and the amounts we'll have tomorrow and Thursday.

My feet hurt a lot by the end of the day but at least any pain I am getting isn't kicking in until I get home instead of during the day.

So yesterday there was a lot of parents saying that they were late because there was a school bus on fire down the road. Looking at pictures later it looked pretty engulfed. No one was injured. One of the children had lit a flare he had (don't know why) and the bus caught fire.

Scary!

Thanks everyone for your comments and feedback. I haven't been ignoring you! well not intentionally anyhow. Its been a LONG week/weekend. The internet has been out at my house all week and then Aiden and I were sick all weekend- like plastered to the couch for 3 full days, and Nate was gone.
I was able to get online a bit with my phone but its just too hard to write a post just using my phone..and then of course the one time I decide to give it ago I have trouble logging in and when I finally do and am about to start typing the battery dies.

So with all that I wasn't able to do an entry for last week. Sigh. I still am a little congested and can't breathe through my nose but I am doing a lot better. This time of year absolutely everyone gets sick here. The pollution is just terrible. Its really hard to explain how truly bad it is cause in the states they would never allow it to get this far- but it causes all sorts of health issues.

[color=#800080]Becky, so glad the pain waits until you get home but sorry you have it at all. Hoping Wed and Thurs are better than expected. Bus fire, good heavens, thankful no one was injured.

Kara, on your own and sick with a little one. Worst scenario, then no Internet, yikes. Be gentle with yourself as you climb out of the hole. That smog situation sounds horrible. Ian tells me it used to be that way in London years ago. Even in Portland in the 60's we had periods of heavy smog. We have weather issues in Latvia but never smog, lots of clean BRISK air, unless, as it happened this morning the wood fire smokes from inverted air pressure. Even the dog and cat abandoned the living room until it cleared.

KitKat... different color please. That green is just a bit much for me tire old eyeballs.

Kiddo, praying here, that the pain gets less the longer you are at it. So just think... by the time you are dead, you won't feel a thing.

:sorry Pup, I could blame it on the early hour of the morning. After I saw what it was I was beyond changing it. I agree it was horrible. Maybe just a bit early for St. Patty's day, :tongue

Hi Guys....Buddy-Ole'-Pals! Wow....I missed THREE Birthdays and Barb....I even had your's marked on my kitchen calendar  When I saw all the birthday wishes, I quickly ran to my calendar, flipped back to February and THERE IT WAS IN BOLD RED LETTERS. Geesh! I totally missed it. That's pretty bad when I can't even check my wall calendar on a daily basis. But, like I said....this has been a reeeeeally, reeeeeally busy few weeks with more on the way.

So anyway........Belated Happy Birthday to all of you and for real.....me heart did a HUGE ka-thunk when I saw that I wasn't around to bring in your new year. :( However.... :D :D :D , here's me late wishes, Garfieldakins, Karakins and Kit-kat!

It was originally created as a humane death. It's much faster than hanging or most of the other methods of capitol punishment. I'd forgotten that it was used in comedy so much. :P

I invited my friend Traci to come join us. She's a writer from my church and I finally talked her into joining FW. :D I told her to check out this thread but teen soaps (are they really? I never thought of Switched at Birth as a teen soap) and doggy bombs might scare her away!

I'm still kinda feeling sick and slept most of the day, but now trying to work on my PeP story. It's full of telling, though, and it's proving a little hard to fix.

So basically what you're saying Amy is Shann might scare her away! And you didn't even mention my matching underwear :D

And Bird, you will get it sooner or later. At least your "later" isn't as bad as mine is... I still haven't quite finished my re-writes of your edit. I was down to the smiles and laughs, and boy was that hard, keeping meself in mind that us Christians shouldn't laugh so much.

Oh dear, I just wrote, edited, and submitted a story in under an hour. Think I'm going to regret it? I barely had time to do a quick proof. Now I'm afraid to look at it cuz it will be filled with stupid errors like using the wrong their. Oh why didn't I sleep in. Is there a pukey smilie cuz that about sums my feelings up now

Well, so starts me days off, partly cloudy and cold this morning, but it looks like it might clear up and be nice again. I am headed for breakfast, and IF it turns nice, I might even try a bike ride for an hour or so later on.
