Mariane, so sorry you and your family have not been feeling well, but glad you are a little better now. Don and I went all winter without getting sick, but in the last two weeks, it seems we have gotten everything there is to get. I think we are finally on the mend now.
I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but I didn't get into all the blood moon hoopla. I knew it was occurring. Guess I should have paid more attention.
It looked for awhile this morning as if our new great grandson might be on his way, but I think he changed his mind. His mommy was on the verge of calling her doctor and going to the hospital, but she suddenly started feeling better. (Darn it.) I guess he will come when he is good and ready.
We had a late freeze a couple of nights ago and it got the new young foliage on our tree in the back yard. Poor little thing was planted late last year and has been through a lot already. The branches are still green, so I am hoping it will be okay. It's very unusual for us to have a freeze this late, but Mother Nature has been naughty this year. Thankfully, it only lasted a couple of hours, so most of my plants are okay.
Time to go feed my hungry husband. Everyone give yourselves a hug from me. Y'all behave.
I'm Bound for the Promised Land
