My book God in the ICU is published! On Amazon and here in South Africa. It is all about God's responding to prayer as I prayed with my patients in the Intensive Care setting (I'm an anaesthesiologist). It has been a long haul, with many inexplicable hold-ups -- well, inexplicable to me at the time, but not to God. His timing was perfect as it coincided with a visit, and the formation of a firm friendship with Bryan Hickox, a man deeply devoted to the Lord, having been producing faith-based movies for 40 years, winning 6 Emmies and numerous other awards along the way. He loved my book and has written a stunning review.
Now I am discovering that the writing was the easy part and I am on a steep learning curve on Marketing and Distribution! Trusting the Lord to lead me in this as I do believe the book has great potential to bring glory to God and healing to fearful hearts in crisis.
Anyone interested to know more can go to Amazon or http://www.godintheicu.wordpress.com

Congratulations! I'm so happy for you. I've thought about a writing a book about things that happened while I was a maternity nurse. Your book sounds like it will be a great ready. Happy dance for you! :party

Fantastic-congratulations Dr Dave! Reading about someones firsthand experiences with God working through prayer is a fascinating topic. Will an e book be available for Kindle?

Congratulations. I know God will lead you in the marketing too. That's the part that would scare me.
