Lost and not sure where to post this at?

Postby rtodd5011 » Tue Jan 22, 2013 4:59 pm

I have stuff in my google blog that i would like to post for others to read. I know how to copy and paste, but i seen somewhere that I need to write my articles in a word processor? I hope this makes sense? Im not sure what a word processor is, is that Microsoft Office? im not sure if i have Microsoft Word either... I dont have those but i do have Open Office 3.1 and I wonder if there is a place i can write my submissions that counts the words or characters.

Thanks for your help,

Richard

You can use Microsoft Word and I believe Microsoft Off ice had a word processor in it. You can also just type it in a body of an email and then copy and paste it on the submission form. Don't hesitate to ask any questions. That's why we are here. :coolsign

Almost all word processors have a word count feature. It's usually under Tools. OpenOffice has one, but we've been told it's not as accurate as others. There is a site that does accurate word counts, but I don't have the link handy.
