Formatting in the Challenge

Postby Fullheart » Sun Feb 02, 2014 12:48 am

I don't know where else to post this question, so I hope I'm in the right place.

I can't seem to retain my italics within my entries. This week for "Light at the end of the tunnel", my italics were fairly important to distinguish the protagonist's unspoken thoughts. Yet I see other entries using italics. What am I doing wrong?

Befuddled in Indiana, :brrr

There is probably an easier way, but I copy my entry from my word processor, paste it in a draft on my blog, then copy from there to the Challenge entry page. This way I retain my italics, and spacing between paragraphs.

I use this method to format italics:

Cinnamon Bear should appear as Cinnamon Bear in your entry.

:coolsign Your help is much appreciated! I'd somehow missed that post. I didn't realize I could use regular formatting codes in the challenge entries.

Thank you! :thumbs
