Used to be a platinum member

Postby cdawson41 » Mon Jun 03, 2013 3:55 am

I used to be a platinum member and due to issues am no longer in that group. So I'm considering becoming a paid member again, can I and if so how to I re-activate my old account? I assume it is still there somewhere because when I first log into FW it says I have an unreal amount of unread emails.

Thanks for the help.
Cynthia

Hi Cynthia.

Yes, you can. This is your public profile page for your account:

http://www.faithwriters.com/member-profile.php?id=58736

Because getting back into your old account would involve your user name and password, I think you would be best contacting FaithWriters Admin direct. Have you tried to log on? Anyway, contact Mike and Bea and see if they can help you.

Yes I seem to be able to log in just fine, so that is not an issue. Was hoping I could just click on the upgrade link and pay for the year and go.

I think it is what I want/need to do but I haven't thought about writing any for a long time now, not sure why it is starting to seem like a good idea now. LOL. Oh we blondes are so good at confusing ourselves. LOL

Hi Cynthia. Yes, you can do that from your account page:

http://www.faithwriters.com/myaccount/m ... t-main.php

(You'll be asked to log on.)

Then there should be an upgrade link somewhere in the menu on the right hand side of the page.
