I can't seem to find a link on how to submit for the cover. Is there an email that I send it to or a specific person I contact? Any help is appreciated.

I also have the same question. I have designed a cover through the banner software as indicated, but do not know how or where to submit it to. Do I save and publish it to the web? Thank you for any help you could give.
